Fireworks cannot legally be shipped via standard couriers. Deliveries are made through specialist hazardous-goods carriers or our own approved delivery service.

If no eligible person is available, redelivery fees may apply.

Due to the hazardous nature of fireworks:
Returned fireworks cannot be accepted unless the product is faulty.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with evidence (photos/videos).
Refunds or replacements will be offered in line with UK consumer law.
We do not accept returns for:

Products used or partly used.
Products stored incorrectly after delivery.
