Delivery & Returns

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please try not to receive or sign for an item that is visibly damaged.

If any product is received 'Dead on Arrival' (DOA), please contact customer service immediately. This is especially important for disposable items like clearomisers, cartomisers, and wick & coils, as they are not covered under warranty due to their disposable nature.

Claims for damaged or faulty items will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will claims for shortfalls in the order. We will refund the Buyer the cost of returning the goods to us through Royal Mail recorded delivery only. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit on their return. Damaged items must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.

All returned goods must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them. Damaged returns due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded and will be returned to the Buyer.

Missing or Lost Goods

If goods are not received and deemed lost in transit, or if the shipment does not contain all ordered items, you should notify Vape X PHONES within 14 days of placing your order for replacement goods. We will investigate lost packages with our courier partner(s). No claims for lost goods can be accepted outside of this time limit.
